What were the highlights of the day for you?  Anything funny happened that you want to let folks back home know about?...

I loved the thunder and lightning storm on the way to Thunder Bay, and the way our bus driver Clint was so awesome in driving through it. - Valerie

At Kakepeka Falls

I really liked going to Kenora and seeing Husky the Muskie. Kenora is a cool town and I also enjoyed spending the night in the world’s largest church in Thunder Bay. I love my mommy and daddy. – Jake

Worlds biggest fish was very coolJ finally got the first of two good photos with the brother and mother. The swim was amazing! First swim in open water this summer, and it was really nice. I am surprisingly not that bored on the bus, theres lots to do and lots of convos to have ~Victoria

We ate some chicken and slept on the buss. ~ Sam

Lots of laughter yesterday during lunch and caught up on some sleep . – Mason

Lots of laughs yet the silence during the bus trip was helpful to catch up on some much needed sleep –Aidan

It rained A LOT yesterday; once we saw this perfect fork of lightning.  Luckily it cleared up so we could have a great picnic by a river.  The river water was nice and warm so lots of people went swimming and wading the water. ~Gwyneth
Yesterday was the first time it rained on the bus trip. The picnic by the river was amazing and once again the bus was lot’s of fun!!~ Matt

Yesterday was a good day because of swimming in the calm water. It was also really fun because there was a quite time to do what we wanted~mat

I thought yesterday was cool because my mom was raised in Thunder Bay, and she knows the drive from Winnipeg to Thunder Bay by heart .. So it almost felt as if I was in a second home. The falls were absolutely stunning , and it was great swimming in the warm Ontario water. ~Courtnay

The World’s Largest Fish could almost swim around in the rainwater flooding the ground! ~Tabitha~

Tons of WIPEOUTS on the ukulele, wonderful meal with out a sandwich, plenty of sleep, and a chance meet the local MP. Grease Lightnin’

It rained so much yesterday that the road had lakes forming on it! It was cool being in a really old church in Thunder Bay, but I kept expecting to turn around and see a ghost !  ~Astrid~

Crazy thunder storms in Dryden yesterday we saw a semi truck tires being covered, the Kakabeka falls were soo pretty and it was a great swim in the hydro electric lake “if you hear a siren RUN out of the water” lol enjoying quiet time on the bus not enjoying the extremely hard floors cant wait to sleep on a bed ! but I like knitting my scarf – Becca
